I actually saw Artilux from the signage on their van in the traffic. Once approached, their quote and service was second to none. Australian made product of the highest quality at a reasonable cost. Communication was easy and installation done at the time they specified. Really happy with our choice of product!!

Bianca, from administration side of things was very rude to us.It ruined a great experience with the actual product and the installer.There was radio silence for 3 weeks, after the deposit was paid, despite being told it will take 4 weeks.She hounded us in lead up to the install, BEFORE it was installed.And despite already having paid in full, on the spot after install, she continues to call and yell at us. Her inability to work out the payment on her side is no excuse to be rude, especially since we have paid in full, got the receipt and bank statement as proof.Awful customer service.Very disappointed, because we wanted to install more retractable blinds after using the product.

Great customer service. Jorge was willing to explain clearly the charge items on the quote and update the quote several times due to my changes in requirement. The installation was done on time as promised and the product quality was good. There was a minor installation issue but they fixed it promptly. Overall, Artilux is a great company to deal with.

We are so happy with our Artilux screens. Artilux had an excellent solution for the various glass sliding doors and windows in our apartment. We love that when we don't want to use the screens, they retract into a cassette and are not visible. The precision and quality is outstanding. We had another screen company come to quote and on inspection of our large sliding doors, they did not have a solution for us. Everyone from Artilux were friendly and thorough. This is an investment we will enjoy for many years to come.

Excellent service from start to finish. Good communication from admin through to installers. The product itself is excellent and looks fabulous. Installed quickly & efficiently with all mess cleaned up on completion. I've had no issues at all post installation, and if there were some I have no doubt they would be dealt with quickly.I highly recommend this company.
